I can confirm from personal experience that "silicone caulk" does not stick to the front "rubber" (?) spoiler: it keeps peeling off. So it will undoubtedly be necessary to use "latex caulk" as recommended my Mike Kast... and, in fact, "Duck tape" doesn't at all stick to that rubber spoiler material, either...
But I'm quite sure that, if you can affix that used spoiler to your car at all, the "minor" aerodynamic blemishes would not matter all that much.
