Timing marks are not lining up

This was an original 914/6 (aka a 911T) engine. I had the crank&rods swapped out for a 2.4. It had 2.2 P&Cs. I ended up going with 2.7 RS P&Cs, after a couple ended up, not out of spec, but nearing the end of useful life. And with that, I ended up changing the cams to true S cams. Nice motor.

After my engine rebuild, the timing marks do not seem to come up at the right time. I swear it always seems the marks are 180 out from what I would expect.

Any ideas?
