The sample here is much to small to be meaningful. ARP bolts might be differen't but one of the reasons the stretch method was developed is that the torque method does not acheive consistant results. And those results vary by huge ammounts, more like 50%, at least according to a whole bunch of articles on the subject. I can dig up referances if anyone is interested.
