As Mike and Sam mentioned, take it to an upholstery Shop. It gets tricky removing the leather and re-installing the leather. Taking the top half of the seat off etc.

They have to replace or add to the bottom cushions/padding.

With my experience with Leather Sport Seats, they are all flat. However when you take that 45mph turn at 90mph, those big bolsters suck you in!

They are wonderfully effective in securing you in - Nice and Tight!
