They do make the idle just ever so "cammy", if you know what I mean. That's because they were designed to work with a mass-flow sensor, and not a flapper box airflow meter.

But they sure do make great power, if you don't mind slightly diminshed idle quality, and possibly the occasional fall off idle.
These cams rock. If you use them, you need to make sure your idle mixture and idle speed settings are correct, your idle control valve is healthy, and use a custom chip with the appropriate mods to catch the idle or possibly face a fall off as Tyson says. Otherwise very smooth, responsive, no loss of driveability or low end, with an impressive top end.
