Maybe you have already thought of this, but turbocharged applications really require forged pistons. The standard 3.0 SC offerings were cast I believe.
Did you do custom headers for the engine or use 3.0 turbo heat exchangers? The Tial 38mm wastegate is really on the edge, in terms how much HP it can handle. In the standard configuration or the aftermarket(B&B or GHL), most tuners are recommending 46mm WG to handle 400+ HP.
