One common conversion is swapping out the stock p&c for 2.2S p&c. This is a slip in. The other one that I liked was building it up to a 2.8 single plug. Grady Clay posted the specifics on this forum. 2.4E motor, swapped out the p&c and left everything else stock, approx. 230 h.p. If it's going to be a daily driver and you just want to get in it and go, the 3.2 is good for that. I had both in my '73 E targa. For viseral fun I like the 2.8 concept. I find my 2.4E w/carbs starts easier and has no surging vs. my stock '73S with mfi.
