There's probably a good chance that the motor is O.K considering it has T cams and the car was at idle. I would find a functioning tensioner and install it before I pulled the motor. That way you can do a compression test and find out the condition of the motor before you sell it. You can even let someone come hear the motor run before it's pulled.

It looks like you've got a good starting point. The chassis looks straight and the rust in the pictures is easy. How's the corners of the windshield and the suspension pan?

I'm with Kurt on this one. 1 yr. tops at the soonest. Unless your unemployed and have no plans of finding a job until it's done.
