I hope you don't butcher it up by putting flares on it. It seems like the '69s are the most numerous around here, but there will come a time when there won't be too many '69 to '73 cars to be had. I bought one sort of like yours, except that it is an E ($3K). Seems like its been a work in progress for half my long life, but I'm looking forward to a nice and fun car to drive for a long time after its finished. Everything I'm doing to it as far as mechanics in concerned is reversible. I'm saving the original engine, tranny, suspension, etc. for a new owner to have in case I ever sell it. I'm sort of doing like you - bare metal paint, new interior, '77 motor (JEs, E cams, etc., I have a '72E longblock but decided to put a 2.7 in it), Bilsteins, aluminum swing arms, rebuilt brakes, etc., etc. Hope you have as much fun as I am, but in shorter amount of time.
