Knock sensor is a big benefit- good point Bill = although I have heard of a few folks that have trashed their 3.6's with knock sensors too. I don't think it's foolproof - but another degree of insulation would sure be nice. Displacement is a big benefit too. For the money - I might be inclined to try one of Charles' 3.7 big bore jug sets. Find a core 3.2 - new rod bolts - arp or supertech head studs - JE pistons - extrude hone intake - port and polish the heads - free flowing head - stick some PMO's on there and you could have a real firebreather...
