Once again - thank you to all for your input...It is helping ease the pain.
An insurance claim is not an option as this will just cost me huge dollars in premiums in the future...I would rather just bite the bullet now if that is the case.
At this point, I think I am going to talk to him and see where he is at. If he completely admonishes himself of the issue then I will take him to small claims court.
