The input shaft of the transmission likes it better if you disconnect it from the coupler before lowering the engine.
I think you need to do a THOROUGH cleaning with an engine degreaser, then put things back together, use a color additive to the oil, start up for a short time, stop, inspect where the leak is coming from.
On a different note, the sound pad is deteriorating, rip it out.
Be careful with that trouble light; it gets pretty hot. Don't leave it resting on any lines or cables.
