I assume that these are jokes about pouring a toxic waste (used oil) down a storm drain (these go directly to rivers where your kids swim and where people fish).

In case they aren't - there are some hefty fines and possibly jail time if you are caught. If I caught anyone on this board doing that, I would take them out with no compunctions.

Cavemen, of course, did not have internal combustion engines...
