Do a search on 2.4t and you'll find LOTS of discussion on this topic. if you want to search via username use my name or dtw.

That being said I'll guess 190-200 or so if you take the 2.4 case and crank, add the 2.2S cylinders, pistons,heads and cams to it. sell the 2.0S to an early racer for your parts/machineshop bill (at least it'll help a bit)

Or if you want to plunk down the $1900 for RS pistons and cylinders, combined with the 2.2S heads and cams you'll end up with a nice 200-210 hp motor.
