If this car is pushing 200K. I would do the rod bearings...... The rings themselves is a toss up. If you were to measure that bore you would probably find it a little out of round and tapered. A new set of rings would not hurt but then you start asking about the main bearings etc... So if you open that can of worms you are going to slide down a pretty slippery slope.
