It's very important that any extreme engine vibrations be taken care of as this tends to crack the fuel rail and cause engine fires.
800RPM is below idle in my car, so it doesn't realy like 800RPM in 5th. Mine won't vibrate until close/under idle, but I can hear its not realy happy if I ask a lot at a realy low RPM. I spend most of my time under 2K, but won't push the right foot at lower RPM's.
