We will be running a 190/55, as contrasted to the stock 190/50, at the ECTA meet. This will give a rolling distance of 6 feet 6 inches for one revolution of the rear tire. 160 plus is going to be absolutly no problem.

BMWIVAN, like Roger said, take as many variables out as possible. Actually ROLL the bike forward after making a wet mark in the center of the rear tire. Roll far enough that two marks are made while the bike is being rolled while standing straight up. Measure the distance between the two marks. Use this figure for knowing how many RWR it takes to go one mile. 163 at 8200 on a R12S running a 190/55 is very close however, its just that to get it exact.........measure the actual rolling distance.
