Ah so Dr. (Phd. in what?) is Jim...well stated Mark...give it up Jim..."mine is bigger" "mine is faster" "mine is prettier" is really wearing very thin...who really cares if your bike goes 160+ or if any bike goes 160+... Are you only about speed? Then take it to the track..put on your leathers, win track races with the big boys......I believe most riders enjoy the total experience from the canyons to the super-slabs...but don't fret you will get into Valhalla even if your bike is not the fastest Boxer on the planet...you just will not get there as fast..Like JL Seagull discovered the perfect speed is a process not a scalar measurement.
