I've got 22mm adjustable Weltmeister bars front and rear that came with the car. With stock torsion bars, I had the front sway bars at full soft and the rears at full stiff and I could get rid of most of the understeer.

I've got 22mm/31mm torsion bars now, but I've only driven it this way for a few days and I've been driving it pretty cautiously so I don't have a feel for how the balance is.

I find the stiffer sway bars cause more of rough ride than stiffer springs/torsion bars. Given the choice I'd rather run smaller sway bars and larger torsion bars.
