I just bought a riveting setup & I have sheet aluminum.
In a few weeks or so, I'll try a cool air box fed from the tail inlet - with a very small open portion on the bottom in case water gets in the box. Not gonna be easy - it is tight in there!
Inlet temps are 14 degrees above ambient, so this ought to get inlets very close to ambient -
