Was leakdown done on a hot engine? As a BTW...anything under 8% very acceptable.
Compression...what are those numbers? Hast to be done on a hot engine with throttle all the way depressed.
Bad turbo? Easy fix...and some good options too...just need a few $$ in hand...negotiate the cost of a new (upgraded) turbo into your offer.
Shoot me a side pic of those wheels, I'll tell you if they are HREs or not.
