That makes sense.
I see what you are doing now.

I'm using a stock 3.2 setup, only thing different is my injectors.

So Basically the Bell FPR sits between the stock FPR and the return line, probably preventing fuel from going to the return, thus causing added pressure, if needed based on boost.
