DIS Question

Guys, i'm contemplating trying a hybrid DIS ignition system using the Ford (gag) EDIS controller & crank trigger running 6 individual GM LS6 coils.

My questions are this:
The wasted spark system fires the original Ford dual coil units using one pair of driver wires per coil unit right.

Can one driver circuit wiring be doubled to drive two individual coils?

I'm not sure if two seperate coils require more driver circuit demand than the original Ford dual coil unit or if the demand would be comparable?

I'd like to know this beforhand rather then put it all together and find out the controller burns up or worse, the coils don't deliver their rated secondary ability.
