you can bypass the ignition switch by putting 12 volts to the feed side of the fuse(the side that feeds the relay, i would put the same amperage fuse in line with your 12 volts ,just for insurance)if the car fires the relay and runs you have a bad ignition switch or faulty wiring to the relay
try that and let me know if that does it for you.
