Well I tried to do it my self and gave up. I bought the best german carpet set made 27 pieces ! I could not do it so I will bring it to a pro. I am pretty handy even put in my own headliner so to give up means to make it look great is near impossible in my book , I also have a roll cage and no rear seats. Good luck. I would also make sure your children , wife and dog are not around to bother you.
I understand your frustration. I started this project by taking on the job of recarpeting the trunk, partly because of it's limited size, partly because I could hide it if necessary, and partly because of the infinite number of curves and crevices that had to be dealt with. I figured that if I could manage the trunk, I could surely manage the cabin.

Here are the humble results. Not what you would expect from a factory install, but not that bad either...

I will now attempt to do the same with this....

1988 - 930 Porsche (track Car)
2002 - Panoz (track car)
2002 - 996 Porsche (weekends)
2006 - M5 BMW - (daily Driver)
2006 - F250 turbo diesel
