I would have them adjusted, since you have no idea of the car's service history. You never know what a previous owner did.

I met a guy about a month ago who bought a 911 new, back in 1984. The car now has mileage similar to yours. He was actually proud of the fact that he had only changed the oil in it a few times and hadn't done much, if anything, else. It was perhaps the worst condition Carrera I've ever seen. It looked like a parts car. The guy was an idiot.
