Porsche uses a pull-type pressure plate/TO bearing. The fork has to be released from the bearing. I've never done a G50 specifically, but I'm sure it's similar to the 930. The actuating lever nees to be removed allowing the fork-shaft to rotate away from the slotting bearing. There is an inspection port at the top of the bell housing to line this up when re-installing.
