After you fix the roll bar mounts, have the car aligned and corner balanced. Make sure the tech that does the work checks thoroughly for play in any of the suspension bushings.
Sunday afternoon my buddy Chris showed up with work gloves, tools, and his welder in the back of his truck. A few hours later the new mount was in and I was test-driving Squerly on hwy 90. The torque steer problem was almost gone and I was elated. Today I got an alignment done and OMG, am I stoked. My car handles great! Better than I remember it ever handling.
Iím headed for Barber next Thursday for a Friday and Saturday DE and Iím excited to see how it will do. Iíll change my brake pads on Wednesday and aside from hooking up my TrakMate I should be good to go.
