Nice upgrade, you should see a marked improvement in power and reduced turbo lag. Make sure CIS system is operating properly. Rear bumper and lower valance removal is necessary. Some basic info...

The biggest headache in your conversion will be the stock heat exchanger removal, the %#&$ exhaust barrel nuts. Please saturate the 12 nuts from all angles daily with PB Blaster. Use the correct tools (as mentioned in other 911 heat exchanger removal posts). Pray that you don't break off a stud.

K27 will need an adapter to fit properly, see the post on billet adapter in this forum. Also, the bracket will need to be modified for proper fit. Use new o-rings too. I will be doing a K27 install in two weeks, so I will be seeking bracket mod info as well.

Fabspeed muffler should fit fine.

Use the LC1 to check A/F ratio before and after mods, then give us some data!
