Brake Light Switch Help Needed

Hi All,

I have replaced both master cyclinder brake light switches, those dumb-ass pressure ones, electric is so much better, and I still can't get the brake lights to come until I'm almost pushing the pedal through the firewall. The brake lock-up point would be below the effort required to make the lights work. Does'nt matter if the car is running or not, it's still the same. The brakes are perfect and require very little effort to pull up.
With the those ricer d@ckheads that always sit up yer rectum and want to drag I want my lights to work the moment I put my foot on the brake.
Does anybody have a solution??? apart from converting to an electric switch.

Thanks in advance
Scott
