Before I continue on this path..

Before I continue on this path I will start by putting in fresh 94 octane pump gas in the car (sonuco ultra here in Canada). After much reading, this sounds like the most logical first step. I have raised the stock boost slightly so I could only assume that 91 is no longer the 'minimum' requirement. Once I have that in the car, I'll listen again to check for detonation and proceed to ratarding the timing a tad If I need to (I may ask a few questions about the process there.. be patient with me, I'm learning!).

From the LM-1 I gather I have enough fuel.. just not the best fuel.

It's a US car.. 26* you mean at 4000RPM for advance (which would mean having the vacuum hose disconnected right)? I presume there is a notch indicating the mark on the pulley.

Is stock 29degrees?
