Hmmm, I'd say if you're not seeing any pinging and all your AFR's are in check, then I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. A tan colored plug is a good sign of a clean burn, but from what I've been told, earlier turbo's require a colder plug than the typical 7s 6s or 5s.
