Interesting! From my research thus far, a majority of high powered big boost turbo motors run a plug gap below 0.030", so I think I may give that a try. All I want is reliable and consistent igniton at 1.25 - 1.3bar

It seems that even all the later model turbo's, from the 993TT to the 997TT all run 0.032" plug gaps from factory, so I think ~0.030" would be fine in my application with the Crane Fireball CDI.
