Absolutely! Stock 930 motors respond extremely well to bolt-on mods such as aftermarket headers/exahusts/turbos.

For best gains, one should look at the system as a whole and upgrade the exhaust along with turbo & intercooler. Headers are also a very good upgrade if you want to obtain optimal spool and responsiveness.
