Anything that is less restrictive than an stock Euro muffler will also be louder than a stock Euro muffler.

I have some experience with MagnaFlow dual outlet mufflers. They are very free flowing and sound good. The possible down side is the "Y" pathway disrupts the flow somewhat. If that disruption is significant I do not know. I do not have plans to dyno a MagnaFlow at this time due to the time and expense involved. I might do that later.

I have done all of the design, develpoment and fitment work on my mufflers and I own the jigs. Ben (M&K) will produce everything I develop in order to insure quality control (great welds every time). We have a good relationship and our focus is from an enthusiasts point of view. Polishing is an option.
