1. No excuse for riding unlicensed
2. No excuse riding drunk
3. No excuse for "without cause" stops by the cops (something about the constitution...)
4. Plenty of excuses for being stupid!
However, I see plenty of licensed drivers here in Florida that should learn to ride proficiently before getting out there in the shooting gallery.
