oooh, maybe you need my old Hawk.
It's very light, narrow, chock full of cornering clearance, and very well suspended (Fox and full Honda F3 cartridge front end with gold valves and springs, and all new chassis bearings)
Too bad you don't live closer by. It would fit the bill to a tee.
Good luck finding something at any rate. Be patient and there are some great deals.
