There is no valance prototype. I buy fiberglass valances and modify them to fit the muffler. I plan to put one on this weekend that is unmodified for use with a Zork. There are no exhaust cutouts. The Zork has a high gloss polish and looks AWESOME! Stay tuned for pix.

I thought about the driver's side "plug" but the same problem persists - paint. If the plug is not the color of the valance it won't look good. I think Spuggy has the right idea - stick a W/G dump out the back and be done with it! I could package the muffler, dump, and hardware as a bolt-on kit. How would that be?
