I can get the can in OK IF (big IF) I can come off of the turbo drain with a 45 or 90 elbow, and go back into the sump like I have it. Mounting the pump wil be a PITA, and I'm not sure it will fix the problem. I think the can in conjunction with the electric pump will be the answer.

BTW, the can is a real short piece of 2" Type L copper, with two caps, and the fittings brazed in. I'll have to cut the long copper tube pretty short to make this work.

Tomorrow is another day....and, I refilled all of my fire extinguishers today.
