Wow Don, what a transformation!

I noticed the O2 bung is before the muffler. Is there not enough tailpipe (for a good reading at idle) to put it after the muffler? The reason I ask is that the O2 sensor will have a shorter life so close to the fire.

The passenger's side exit exhaust is a go.
I'm ordering materials on Monday to get started then it's off to Ben to make the jig. I plan to have the tailpipe exit 45* from parallel to the side.
