Catch can going into the crankcase sump fixed it 90%. Still spit out some oil on hard boost. Since 90% wasn't a viable option, I broke down and put the pump in. Copper plumbing lines in the picture will be replaced by some sort of rubber connection to take the flex, as the pump is chassis mounted. The copper drain system is just plain ugly, but functional.

Other than the pump being terribly loud, it works pretty well. I just hate to rely on an electric pump rated at 265 degrees for my drain system. Maybe I'll go with a 930 setup over the winter.

Thanks to everyone for the help, especially rarlyl8, mb911 and Tim's Turbos. Now I can get the car sorted a bit better.
