I have a sign in my office..."If you can measure it, you can manage it".

I have a three probe digital temperature meter set up today as a test. I have one probe on the supply line to the fron oil cooler, one on the return from the front oil cooler, and one on the line from the auxiliary thermostat to the oil tank. I was getting some funny temp readings yesterday with my infrared gun, and I want to verify proper auxiliary thermostat operation, and maybe try to infer some flow rates (difficult).

So, today, we'll take a little trip to Grandma's house, and my lovely assistant juliekeefe will record these readings for posterity.

I also cut a slot in the front bumper yesterday for (hopefully) improved airflow to the brass cooler. We shall see.
