Any wonder, why I've been building my 930 to the specs it is (weighted with 120L gasoline tank full and driver in: 2579lb, without driver, tank empty 2138lb)?
You can give an excellent response for GT3 Cup even with 964 378Hp 3,8 Racing RSR (with 993 bodywork) with the same suspension and brake setup I have now. We've tested it in 2 different tracks with a professional FIA GT race driver, difference in lap times between 0,5-1,2sec. (in 2 min.45s lap) But must admit, 996 GT3 Cup is way easier to catch the top lap time. But in my 930 car I still have performance optimized 3,4L turbo. Compared to GT3 Cup and just mentioned RSR we haven't tested yet, but such a test will become.

If I have equal or better weight ratio to the other car (even if GT3 ro CUP), by being a slalom cone on a track would be stupendous and humiliating, therefore I make an allusion to my earlier comments about suspension and brakes.
