Mystery cut out

This happened yesterday for the second time in four months.
Cruising along 3000 rpm nothing fancy, and engine dies.
The problem as before was the fuse for the fuel pump. It was cooked. Replaced it and away I went. This would not be a happy event on an onramp.
Fuel pump and accumulater replaced last year. All wiring looks to be fine.
I noticed that both fuel pump relays on the panel were warmer than the others, but not hot to the touch. This is the only electrical issue I've had, any ideas from you all would be greatly appreciated.
