What do you mean by height? how far it goes to the floorboard or how far away it is from the floorboard?

If it has to much travel, there is a stop on the floor board that can be adjusted. Just be careful there isnt to much travel or you will pop the throwout bearing off the arm or worst (dont ask me how I know this, lets just say it caused me to drop the engine again)

If it is not close enough to the driver, what I did was use a block of wood to hold the pedal up while I adjusted the clutch.
