Since I'm not familiar with your software I can't be sure, but the timing looks too advanced when you're making boost. It doesn't look crazy advanced like would cause your problems.

I had an issue when I first started my engine with EFI. I had it super advanced without realizing it because I checked the timing as I was starting it but didn't keep checking it once it was actually running. I melted the front of my garage A/C unit before I realized the problem .

You can advance the timing as you're coming off idle to help with the low compression. Once the boost starts to build you need to retard the timing. Your programming may be doing that with boost compensation, but once again I don't know your system.
