Here's a few....

1.) Replace all the vacuum hoses.
2.) Make sure they replace the pilot bearing as well as the throwout bearing.
3.) Put new Swepco Transmission oil in the transmission
4.) If your CV Joints are ok, just swap them. Put the left side half-shaft on the right and vice versa. It will extend the life of the cv's before they have to be replaced.
5.) Inspect the swaybar mounts for cracking on the chassis, inspect motor mounts and transmission mounts.
6.) Check for oil leaks around the oil pressure switch at the top rear portion of the engine.
7.) Check all electrical leads around the engine for signs of wear-thru.
