I think the best bet is to get a wheel set up that uses the front spacer if it has one so that if you convert over to the later brakes or big reds, the wheel spacing will be correct. I'd run with no rear spacer since it's just added weight and with custom wheels they can be eliminated.

With a non turbo car, you may want to stay with 255/275 on 9 and 11" wheels so you don't have to accelerate the heavier tires.
