Changing the spring is easy, but it's easiest if you remove the WG and use a press to compress the top and spring so you can bolt it back together.

Changing the turbo's easy. Imagine Auto has the K27's which are pretty much a bolt on and there's a company that sells Garretts with the K27 type exhaust inlet so it's an easier install, but I don't know the company. Maybe someone else can provide a link.
