These are BBS motorsports halves (20 bolt). One distributer most often tossed around here is www.bobwoodmantires.com They can supply halves, but won't give advice.

Pelican classifieds and ebay are also sources for halves.

The 12pt bolts are metric BBS (or imperial aircraft) need a 5/16 or 8mm 12 point socket.
